Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS or UPS depending on the destination and package size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package during transit.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
